Grand Traverse Industries provides job training, supported employment and day programs to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Part of this includes plastic bag manufacturing. Our programs are managed by our two locations located in Traverse City and Mancelona, Michigan. Additionally, we provide services to hearing impaired/deaf clients through our LIS’N Program.

Who We Are
Grand Traverse Industries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided job training, supported employment, and day programming to people with disabilities since 1974. We also provide interpreter services to the deaf/hearing impaired through our LIS’N Program.
